2010 GHSA State Championships – Class 3A Finals Columbia crowned Class AAA Champions Cobb scores 20pts to lead Eagles
 Columbia Head Coach Phil McCrary gets a ride from his team after winning the Class AAA Title.
Macon, GA – The Eagles from Columbia weren't the least bit fazed by the undefeated record of No.1 ranked LaGrange and came out behind the play of senior JerShon Cobb and freshman Tahj Shamsid-Deen and soared to their second state title in five years.

2010 GHSA State Championships - Class 3A Finals Columbia wins 1st Girls State Championship Frost freezes Carver
 Columbia Sr.-Mecca Frost (l) give little sister So-Zuri Frost (r) a big hug after winning their 1st girls state title.
Macon, GA – The Lady Panthers from Carver-Atlanta pretty much controlled 29 of the first 36 minutes of the state finals against their rivals from Columbia but that wasn't enough because the last six minutes belonged to the Lady Eagles; in particular sophomore Zuri Frost who made two game winning plays that lifted them to their 1st girls basketball state championship.

Macon, GA - With Trent Wiedeman in foul trouble much of the game junior Malcom Brogdon stepped up his game for GAC and scored a game high 25 points to lead the Spartans to the Class AA State Championship with convincing win over a talented Thomasville team.

2010 GHSA State Championships – Class A Finals Wesleyan dethrones Whitefield Academy Frerking 26 points lead the Wolves
 Weslyan seniors Griffin Schamp and Wes Carver show off their sing skills after winning the championship. Macon, GA - When you put a wolfpack together with a bunch of wolves you are bound to get one Big Bad Wolf out of the bunch and today that distinction belonged to Wesleyan's 6-3 junior Andrew Frerking. Frerking lit-up Whitefield Academy for 26 points as the Wolves captured their second state basketball championship in three years.

2010 GHSA State Championships - Class 5A Championship Game Norcross shocks Redan Experience pays off for Norcross
 Norcross players celebrate their first state title.
Duluth, GA - Most people thought that experience would be the deciding factor in the 5A State Championship game between Redan and Norcross and in the end it was; Head Coach Angie Hembree who coached Collins High to 5 state titles used her big-game experience to help direct her talented Lady Blue Devils to a shocking victory over the undefeated defending champions from Redan.

 Coach White is right in the middle of the Miller Grove celebration.
Duluth, GA – This time last year Miller Grove Head Coach Sherman White had to watch from the stands as his Wolverines won their first Class AAAA State Championship but tonight he was back on the court coaching and was right in the middle of the celebration as his team defended their state championship.

 Southwest DeKalb players hold up their championship shirts as the clock runs down. Duluth, GA- Seniors Kayla Lewis, Chancie Dunn,Chyna Miley, Alondra Rivers, Brieona Warner, Jada Williams, Jada Hambrick and Kadeja Moton all contributed in their final game for Southwest DeKalb leading the "Lady Panthers" to their third consecutive Class 4A State Championship.
