Connecticut big man Andre Drummond holds on to the top spot in Rivals.com's post-summer rankings for the 2012 class which have now been expanded from a top 100 to the top 150 players in the class of 2012. Drummond held off Isaiah Austin and Shabazz Muhammad for No. 1 honors in the ranking.

Five-star DeAndre Daniels is headed out of California. Daniels is going to IMG Academy in Bradenton, Fla., to play next season, Belmont Shore AAU coach Dinos Trigonis said Sunday.

The Richmond Spiders have been searching for a high quality point guard in the 2011 class, and that search ended on an official visit to the school this weekend. Tennessee floor general Kendall Anthony visited the Spider program and left a committed prospect.

Providence is on the board in 2012 with the commitment of sharpshooting wing Joshua Fortune. An unofficial visit to Providence proved convincing for Fortune. The 6-foot-5 shooting guard committed to the Friars just as strong interest was pouring in from Virginia Tech, North Carolina State, VCU and others.
